摘要
一种二乙基次磷酸钠的制备方法,用次磷酸钠与烯烃在有机溶剂和水的混合溶剂中在自由基引发剂作用下制备二乙基次磷酸钠。反应过程中不需酸性条件。这使得二烷基次磷酸钠的合成大为简化,并降低生产成本。所制得的二烷基次磷酸钠由于没有酸的存在,可以方便地转化成各种二烷基金属盐。
Sodium diethyl hypophosphite is prepared by the reaction of sodium hypophosphite with olefins in a mixed solvent of or- ganic solvent and water under free-radical initiator. Acid eonditions are not required during the reaction. This simplifies the synthesis of sodium dialkyl hypophosphite and reduces the cost of production. The dialkyl sodium hypophosphite obtained can be easily converted to various dialkyl metal salts by the absence of an acid.
