摘要
物资管理系统是医院信息化管理的重要组成部分,也是实现财务业务一体化、改善医院运营管理的重要工具。本文从HRP系统集成的特点出发,探讨物资管理系统在集团医院的应用方法和成效,通过构建闭环管理模式,实现资金与信息的整合,提升医院资产运营效率。
Consumables management system is an important part in hospital information management. It is also crucial to achieve the integration of finance and business and improve hospital operation management. This paper discussed the application and effects of consumables management in medical group application from the perspective of the integration of HRP system. Through the construction of closed-loop management mode, realize the integration of capital and information, and improve the operational efficiency of hospital assets.
