微信在外科护理健康教育中的应用

Application of WeChat in Nursing Health Education of Surgical Nurses

目的探讨微信平台管理在外科护士临床护理路径(Clinical nursing pathway,CPN)健康教育中的应用效果。方法我院外科自2015年1月起对30名护士在CPN健康教育培训中使用微信平台管理,按模块开发了相应的培训内容,组织培训活动,比较管理前后护理人员健康教育能力和专科综合实践能力的变化。结果微信平台管理后,护理人员在健康教育的态度、技能、晨起提问等健康教育能力及患者满意度方面的得分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理人员在专科综合素质、专科实践操作能力、沟通交流能力等方面的专科综合实践能力均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信平台管理能够提高外科护士CPN健康教育的能力,改善护士的综合实践能力,提升患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat platform management in Clinical nursing pathway（CPN） health education of surgical nurses. Methods A total of 30 surgical nurses in our hospital received WeChat platform management in their CPN health education from January 2015. According to the module, corresponding training content was developed, organization and training activities were carried out, and their nursing health education ability and professional ability before and after the management were compared. Results After the implementation of WeChat platform management, scores of nursing staff in aspects of attitude, skills, early morning questions and patient satisfaction of health education were higher than before, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The comprehensive practical ability of nursing staff in the aspects of the comprehensive quality, practical operation ability and communication ability was better than before, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion WeChat platform management can improve the surgical nurses＇ ability of CPN health education, comprehensive ability and patient＇s satisfaction.
