摘要
目的探讨放射科院内感染发生率,对其发生因素进行分析,并探讨相应的防控管理措施。方法随机选取我院放射科2014年10月至2015年9月进行放射检查的患者269例,对感染发生率的影响因素进行分析,并针对相关因素采取对应的防控管理对策。结果 269例患者中发生院内感染56例,感染发生率20.81%。经logistic回归分析结果显示,检查室滞留时间(OR=3.546)、手卫生(OR=3.437)、空气净化度(OR=5.175)、仪器物品污染(OR=3.425)、医疗废弃物(OR=4.264)是发生感染的独立危险因素。结论针对放射科发生院内感染的因素,采取相应预防医疗措施,可以有效减少院内感染发生率。
Objective To investigate the incidence of nosocomial infection in the department of radiology and analyze the causes before exploring corresponding prevention and control measures. Methods 269 cases from the department of radiology in our hospital from October 2014 to September 2015 were randomly selected. The influencing factors of the incidence of infection were analyzed, and the corresponding control measures were taken according to relevant factors. Results There were 56 cases of nosocomial infection in 269 cases. The infection rate was 20.81%. Logistic regression analysis showed that detention time in examination room（OR=3.546）, hand hygiene（OR=3.437）, air purification of（OR=5.175）, instrument items pollution（OR=3.425）, medical waste（OR=4.264） were independent risk factors for the incidence of infection. Conclusion According to the causes of nosocomial infection in department of radiology, corresponding preventive measures should be taken to reduce nosocomial infection incidence.
