火针联合308nm准分子激光治疗斑块型银屑病50例 被引量：16

摘要 目的观察火针联合308 nm准分子激光治疗斑块型银屑病的临床疗效。方法将95例患者按照就诊顺序随机分为治疗组50例和对照组45例。治疗组采用火针和308 nm准分子激光治疗,对照组单纯采用308 nm准分子激光治疗。火针治疗每周1次,激光治疗每周2次。治疗后观察2组皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)改善情况。结果 2组经治疗2周与治疗前PASI积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗4周、8周与治疗前比较,PASI积分均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗4周、8周PASI积分与对照组同时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为88.00%,对照组总有效率71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论火针点刺联合308 nm准分子激光治疗斑块型银屑病能显著地提高疗效。
