综合指数法评价新疆103家医院援疆效果研究

Synthetic Evaluation of 103 hospitals about Health-Aid-to-Xinjiang with Synthetic Index Method

目的采用综合指数法对医疗援疆效果进行综合分析和评价,形成具有医院管理辅助决策的依据的评价结果。方法应用综合指数法分别从医疗工作、教学科研、社会工作3个维度,对103家受援医院医疗援疆效果进行综合分析和评价。结果综合指数得分前3个地州医院的结论是D地区的医院(1.1488)、I地区医院(1.1206)、H地区医院(1.0428)。结论应用综合指数法评价医疗援疆效果具可行性和可信度。

Objective To provide references to the synthetic evaluation of 103 hospitals in Health-Aid-to-Xinjiang work. Methods The effect of 103 hospitals at Health-Aid-to-Xinjiang work was evaluated by synthetic index including the medical work,teaching and scientific research, social work. Resdts By analyzing the data from 103 hospitals and using the synthetic index method, we analyzed that the effects of hospitals to Health-Aid-to-Xinjiang in Area D （1.1488）,Area I （1.1206）,Area H （1.0428）were better than the others. Conclusion Synthetic index method can be more objective method to evaluate the effort of Health-Aid-to-Xinjiang.
