阿克苏地区30例肝功正常的慢乙肝患者肝组织病理检查分析

Normal Analysis of Chronic Hepatitis B Patients with Liver Histopathology of 30 Cases in Aksu Prefecture

目的 30例肝功正常的慢性乙肝患者肝组织病理检查结果的分析。方法 30例肝功正常的慢性乙肝患者通过做肝穿刺术后做肝组织病理检查观察肝细胞炎症及纤维化程度。结果 30例患者虽然肝功正常,但肝组织均有不同程度的炎症及纤维化改变。结论肝功正常不能作为判断慢乙肝患者抗病毒治疗的依据。

Objective To analysis 30 cases normal liver tissue pathological findings of chronic hepatitis B patients with liver histopathology. Methods 30 cases of normal liver function in patients with chronic hepatitis B after liver biopsy by histopathological examination of liver cell inflammation and hepatic fibrosis. Results Although 30 patients liver function were normal, but the liver tissue inflammation and fibrosis were in different degrees. Conclusion Normal liver function can not be judged as chronic hepatitis B patients with antiviral treatment basis.
