摘要
目的通过进一步探讨阿仑膦酸钠联合碳酸钙/维生素D3治疗老年骨质疏松并发骨折的临床研究。方法将140例老年骨质疏松并发骨折患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组70例。两组患者均进行骨折复位后,治疗组口服阿仑膦酸钠并伴服碳酸钙/维生素D3治疗3个月,而对照组仅口服碳酸钙/维生素D3进行治疗。测定治疗前后患者生化指标和患者尺,桡骨的骨密度值。结果治疗组患者在治疗后骨密度,骨钙素,超氧物歧化酶含量等指标提升明显,骨折病症得到更好的愈合。治疗组患者尺,桡骨骨密度均比治疗前提高约0.03 g/cm2,对照组患者骨密度仅提高约0.004 g/cm2,治疗组患者血清骨钙素水平增加约1.4 ug/L,SOD水平增加约14 n U/ml,对照组患者骨钙素水平仅增加约0.5ug/L,SOD水平仅增加约3 n U/ml,两组比较均小于0.05,具有统计学意义。结论研究表明阿仑膦酸钠对于治疗老年性骨质疏松症并发骨折疗效显著。
Objective To exploren allen phosphonic acid sodium combined with calcium carbonate/vitamin D3 clinical research for the treatment of senile osteoporosis and fractures. Methods 140 cases of senile osteoporosis complicated with fracture patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 70 cases in each group. Two groups of patients after the fracture, the treatment group took oral alendronate phosphonic acid sodium and associated with taking calcium carbonate/vitamin D3 therapy for 3 months, and the control group treated only took oral calcium carbonate/vitamin D3. Measured before and after treatment in patients with biochemical indicators and patients' bone density value of the radius. Results the treatment group after treatment of patients with bone mineral density, bone calcium and superoxide dismutase(sod) content of index increased obviously, such as the healing of fracture condition got better. The treatment group patients with feet, radial bone mineral density were higher than that of before treatment was about 0.03 g/cm2, the control group patients with bone mineral density only increased about 0.004 g/cm2, the treatment group patients serum osteocalein level increased about 1.4 ug/L, the level of SOD increased about 14 nU/ml, the control group patients osteocalcin levels increased about 0.5 ug/L only, SOD level increased ionly about 3 nU/ml, comparison of two groups were less than 0.05 which were statistically significance. Conclusion This study shows that Allen phosphonic acid sodium for the treatment of senile osteoporosis eomphcated with fracture curative effect is remarkable.
