摘要
中国残疾人总数达8 500万人,但在公共场所却很少见到专门为残疾人和孕妇提供方便的设施。如何加强人性化设计、让特殊人群享受到特殊的公共服务,是我国当前公共设施建设中一个值得研究的课题。
The total sum of disabled people in China is nearly 85 million,but it is rarely seen to provide facilities for people with disabilities and pregnant women in public places.How to strengthen the humanized design of public service and provide the enough special public service for disabled people,is a worthy of study in the construction of public facilities in China.
