摘要 利用计算流体力学软件CFX对高温高压截止阀密封面进行小开度下三维流场数值模拟,分析结果表明,介质对阀座密封面产生较强的冲刷作用。通过对优化设计的多级节流槽阀瓣进行数值模拟分析,阀瓣结构改进后锥面密封副避免了高流速介质的冲刷,同时可将一级节流时的压力突变转换为多级节流时的压力渐变,使节流时的压力先高降后低降,有效避免空化汽蚀破坏现象。 For the phenomenon of severe erosion and cavitation of HTHP globe valve sealing surface, globe valve CFD model was established, CFD simulation software CFX was used to simulate 3 - D flow field in small opening. Results show that the medium exerts a scouring effect on the valve seat sealing surface. Meanwhile, the structure of globe valve clack was optimized, multistage throttle groove struc- ture was designed, and the structure after optimization was simulated, results show that: the valve clack after improvement makes sealing cone avoid scouring of high flow rate media, while one - stage thrott- ling pressure mutation was increased to a multi -level throttling, throttling pressure drops fast and then slowly, avoiding the phenomenon of cavitation damage.
