摘要 对于企业培训机构而言,最核心的竞争力是课程的自主开发能力。企业课程开发工作必须围绕如何更快、更好地开发出企业所需、支撑企业业务发展、支持能力提升的课程而展开。本文通过呈现具体的课程设计、开发和教学实践,探讨开发基于能力提升的企业管理培训课程的方法与路径。 For corporate training institutions, the core competitiveness lies in the ability to develop courses independently. The development of corporate training courses must focus on how to deliver in a better and faster way training courses needed by the company that can support its business development and the competency improvement of staff. The paper takes as an example the training course "The GE Work-Out Method", including the designing, development and implementation processes of the course, to discuss the methods and approaches of developing management training courses aimed at improving competencies.
