摘要
国有企业文化建设,要以社会主义核心价值观为引领;要坚持与时俱进,注重整体谋划、系统设计、逐步完善,不断发挥其诸多功能。本文以中国石化山东石油分公司推进企业文化建设成果为例,从文化宣传、文化融合、文化制度等角度提出了具有可操作性的措施建议。
Cultural development in state-owned enterprises should be guided by core socialist values, keep pace with the times, and put emphasis on overall planning, systematic design and continuous improvement, to bring into play its many functions. The paper uses the experience of SINOPEC Shandong Oil Products Company in promoting cultural development to propose viable measures for cultural promotion, cultural integration and cultural systems.
