摘要
本案例取材自中国某公司在伊朗的海外项目开发过程,通过若干个真实发生的"办公室的故事",展示了中伊两国的不同文化背景,并针对案例中的场景就如何在海外项目中解决文化冲突、增进文化融合作出了分析。
The paper is based on the experience of a Chinese company in implementing an overseas project in Iran. It uses a number of real case "office stories" to demonstrate the differences in cultural background between China and Iran, and in light of the story scenarios discusses the ways to resolve cultural conflicts and enhance cultural integration.
