项目教学法在“护理技能教程”中应用效果的质性研究

A qualitative study on the effect of project teaching in the course of “Nursing Skills Course”

目的:深入了解和探索项目教学法在"护理技能教程"应用后,护生的真实心理体验。方法:采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对15名本科护生进行半结构访谈,并用现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果:采用类属分析法升华出7个关于项目教学法在"护理技能教程"应用后心理体验主题:以学生为主体、兴趣提高、学习主动性、发现问题解决问题的能力、团队合作、创新意识、自信心或自我价值。结论:项目教学法在"护理技能教程"的应用中取得了积极的效果。

Objective：To understand and explore the true psychological experience of the students after the application of project teaching method in the ＂Nursing Skills Course＂. Methods：A total of 15 undergraduate nursing students were interviewed by semi -structured method and the data was analyzed by the phenomenologieal analysis. Results：By the category analysis, seven psychological experience themes were selected which related to the application of program teaching method in ＂Nursing Skills Courses＂. The themes included students - orientation, interest improvement, learning initiative, problem - sol- ving ability, teamwork, innovation, confidence and self- value. Conclusion,The project teaching method has a positive effect in the application of ＂Nursing Skills Course＂.
