糖尿病患者胰岛素注射中存在问题的原因分析及护理对策

Analysis of the causes of insulin injection in diabetic patients and the nursing countermeasures

目的:探讨糖尿病患者胰岛素注射中存在的问题,并进行原因分析及护理对策。方法:采用调查问卷的形式,对我院门诊胰岛素注射患者145例进行调查,了解患者在胰岛素注射中存在问题进行原因分析,并对糖尿病患者及家属规范胰岛素注射,以提高患者胰岛素注射的依从性。结果:患者对胰岛素注射前药物检查认知不够及未进行有效排气,注射中操作方法不正确,注射部位轮换及针头一次性使用认识不够,注射后针头的处理不正确。结论:医护人员要加强对糖尿病患者及家属进行胰岛素注射知识的教育,争取家庭支持提高胰岛素注射的依从性;强化胰岛素注射的技术上指导,使患者的代谢指标达标,减少家庭及社会的经济负担,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To investigate 145 patients with insulin injections in our hospital by questionnaires to understand the problems of patients during insu- lin injection. By analysis of the causes, it could standardize insulin injection for diabetic patients and their families, thus improving the compliance of pa- tients. Methods ： Results ： The patients had insufficient cognition of drug examination and didn＇ t have effective exhaust before the injection of insulin. The in- jection method was incorrect. The injection site was changed and the needles were not used during the injection. The needle was not treated correctly, after injection. Conclusion：The medical staff should strengthen the education of insulin injection knowledge for diabetic patients and their families and seek the family support to improve the compliance of insulin injection. They should strengthen the technical guidance of insulin injection to make the metabolic index of patients reach the standard and reduce the economic burden of family and society as well as improve the quality of life of patients.
