持续负压吸引＋中药冲洗对非胃肠道手术后患者肠功能恢复的影响

Effect of continuous negative pressure suction plus washing with traditional Chinese medicine in intestinal function recovery after non-gastrointestinal surgery

目的：探讨持续负压吸引＋中药冲洗在非胃肠道手术后患者肠功能恢复的应用价值。方法：选择选择2010年1月-2015年12月非胃肠手术后肠梗阻62例，随机等分为观察组和对照组，对照组使用胃肠减压加中药鼻饲，观察组使用持续负压吸引加中药冲洗，分别统计两组患者采用不同方法后腹围、肠呜音恢复、第5天立位腹部平片变化。结果：观察组平均腹围明显少于对照组（P〈0．05），肠鸣音恢复时间或首次排便时间明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；第5天腹部平片肠管扩张明显好转观察组高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：持续负压吸引加中药冲洗可减轻患者的腹胀明显，及早恢复肠功能提前进食，减少件院天数。

Objective：To discuss the value of application of continuous negative pressure suction plus washing with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in intestinal function recovery after non - gastrointestinal surgery. Methods ：62 cases of patients after non - gastrointestinal surgery in the period from January 2010 to December 2015 were selected and equally grouped into observation group and control group at random, in which, gastrointestinal decompression plus nasal feeding of TCM was adopted to the control group and continuous negative pressure suction plus washing with TCM to the observation group, and then a statistics was conducted based on the changes of patients from two groups in abdominal girth, bowel sound recovery, and three - dimensional plain abdominal radiograph on the 5th day. Results ： The average abdominal girth of observation group was obviously less than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the bowel sound recovery time or first defecation time of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; and the dilatation of intestine shown on the plain abdominal radiograph on the 5th day improved markedly in both groups and it was higher in the obvious group than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Continuous negative pressure suction plus washing with TCM could relieve the abdominal distension of patients, so as to make them get recovered in intestinal function as early as possible and promote them to feed ahead of schedule, and reduce their holiday days.
