精细护理在氩激光视网膜光凝治疗眼底病变患者中的应用

Application of fine nursing in perioperative patients with fundus lesions treated by argon laser photocoagulation

目的：探讨精细护理在氩激光视网膜光凝治疗眼底病变患者中的应用效果。方法：选择2015年3月～2016年6月氩激光视网膜光凝治疗眼底病患者448例（591眼）为研究对象，随机将其等分为观察组与对照组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施精细护理，比较两组患者治疗前后视力以及治疗后生活质量变化情况。结果：治疗后观察组患者视力明显优于对照组，观察组患者GQOLI-74量表躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能得分均明显高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对采用氩激光视网膜光凝治疗眼底病的患者在围手术期实施全程精细护理，可以有效提高患者的治疗效果及生活质量，是一种科学的护理方式。

Objective ：To explore the effect of fine nursing during perioperative period in the treatment of patients with fundus lesions that received argon la- ser photocoagulation. Methods： A total of 448 patients with retinal photocoagulation treated with argon laser retinal photocoagnlation in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine care and the observation group implemented fine care. The visual acuity before and after treatment and the quality of life after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results ： Af- ter treatment, the visual acuity of observation group was significantly better than that of control group. The scores of physical function, psychological func- tion and social function of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： It is a scientific nursing way to improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients with ocular fundus disease treated by argon la- ser retinal photocoagulation in the perioperative period.
