自我效能干预对肺癌患者疾病不确定感及生活质量的影响

Effect of self-efficacy intervention on uncertainty and life quality of patients with lung cancer

目的：探讨自我效能干预对肺癌患者不确定感及生活质量的影响。方法：选取2015年3月-2016年3月我院收治的肺癌患者124例，随机将患者等分为观察组及对照组，对照组给予常规护理；观察组在对照组基础上应用自我效能干预，干预时间为3个月，比较两组患者干预前后疾病不确定感、遵医行为及生活质量改善情况。结果：观察组干预后疾病不确定感评分较对照组明显下降（P〈0．05），观察组干预后定期复查、合理饮食、合理休息、遵医用药、合理锻炼等遵医行为评分明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组患者干预后物质生活、社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能及生活质量评分均高于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论：自我效能干预能有效改善肺癌患者疾病不确定感，提高患者遵医行为评分，改善患者生活质量。

Objective： To explore the effect of self - efficacy intervention on the uncertainty and quality of life of patients with lung cancer. Methods ： A total of 124 patients with lung cancer admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was treated with self - efficacy intervention on the traditional nursing. The intervention time was 3 months and the uncertainty of the disease, compliance and improvement of quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after interven- tions were compared. Results ： The score of uncertainty in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The ob- serving group was significantly higher after the intervention. Regular diet, reasonable rest, medicine compliance and reasonable exercise in the control gToup were higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The life, social function, physical function, psychological function and quality of life of the observa- tion group were higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Self - efficacy intervention can effectively improve the uncertainty of patients with lung cancer, improve the compliance score and the quality of life of patients.
