老年退行性骨关节病患病现状及护理需求调查分析

Investigation and analysis of current situation and nursing needs of degenerative osteoarthropathy of the aged

目的:了解本辖区退行性骨关节病患者发病现状以及患者群体对护理、康复的需求状况。方法:通过病历荟萃分析、体检群体面谈问诊、知识问卷调查等方式,了解退行性骨关节病(OA)患病率以及其对相关知识的知晓率和对护理、康复的需求。结果:OA总体患病率35.91%,女性高于男性,健康知识知晓率为23.38%,OA患者进行康复治疗及功能锻炼的比例为31.29%。结论:OA在中老年人中发病率高,健康知识知晓率低,对于疾病预防、康复治疗及功能锻炼有较高需求。

Objective ： To understand the current situation of degenerative osteoarthropathy patients in the area under jurisdiction as well as their demands for nurse and rehabilitation. Methods：Through analysis of gathered cases, interview and inquiry of groups receiving physical examination, and knowledge ques- tionnaire, to understand the osteoarthropathy （OA） prevalence rate of these investigated people as well as their awareness rate and demands for nurse and rehabilitation. Results：The overall OA prevalence rate was 35.92% ; the women were higher than the men in OA prevalence rate; the awareness rate of health -related knowledge was 23.38% ; and the proportion of OA patients receiving rehabilitation therapy and functional exercise was 31.29%. Conclu- sion ： OA had a higher prevalence rate among the middle aged and elderly people, and a lower awareness rate of health - related knowledge had a higher re- quirement for sickness prevention, rehabilitation therapy, and functional exercise.
