壳聚糖伤口护理膜在PICC置管穿刺口护理中的临床应用

Clinical application of chitosan wound care film in nursing of PICC catheter puncture

目的：探讨壳聚糖伤口护理膜在PICC置管穿刺口护理中的临床应用效果。方法：选择2014年2月～2016年2月我院接诊的肿瘤化疗需行PICC置管的患者90例，随机等分为试验组和对照组，对照组置管后给予常规护理；试验组在常规护理的基础上使用壳聚糖伤口护理膜。观察两组患者不良事件发生率、患者治疗依从性、置管延长时间、治疗费用。结果：试验组不良事件发生率低于比对照组。试验组患者总依从率高于对照组，试验组置管延长时间长于对照组，治疗费用低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：壳聚糖伤口护理膜在PICC置管伤口护理中效果好，可有效降低并发症、延长置管时间，减少治疗费用，提高患者治疗依从性。

Objective ：To explore the clinical effect of ehitosan wound care film in PICC catheter puncture care. Methods ： A total of 90 patients with PICC catheter admitted in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in the control group were given regular nursing care after catheterization. In the experimental group, the chitosan wound care film was used on the basis of routine nursing of the control group. The incidence of adverse events, patient compliance, prolonged catheterization and treatment costs were observed. Results：The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. The total compliance rate of the trial group was higher than that of the control group. The catheterization time of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group. The treatment cost of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Chitosan wound care film is effective in the PICC catheter wound care. It can effec- tively reduce complications, prolong the catheterization time, reduce treatment costs and improve patient compliance.
