水胶体敷料联合赛肤润在预防早产儿鼻塞式持续正压通气管道鼻损伤中的应用

The effects of applying Hydrocolloid dressings with Sanyrene to prevente the nose injury of premature NCPAP tubes

目的：探讨水胶体敷料联合赛肤润在预防早产儿NCPAP管道鼻损伤中的应用效果。方法：选取2015年1-9月我院新生儿监护室住院的62例使用NCPAP的早产儿作为研究对象，随机等分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予NCPAP常规护理；观察组在常规基础上采取水胶体敷料联合赛肤润预防鼻损伤护理，分别观察患儿鼻部有无持续性红斑、浅溃疡、坏死、瘢痕增生等。结果：观察组患儿鼻损伤情况明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：水胶体敷料联合赛肤润应用可以降低NCPAP管道持续性红斑、前溃疡或坏死的发生率，是一种有效预防NCPAP管道鼻损伤的方法。

Objective：To study the effects of applying hydrocolloid dressings with sanyrene to prevent the nose injury of premature NCPAP tubes. Methods： A total of 62 premature infants with NCPAP tubes were divided into intervention group and control group. The control group were given NCPAP routine care, intervention group were given NCPAP routine care and hydrocolloid dressings with sanyrene. Nose injury（ persistent erythema, shallow ulcers, necrosis, or scar hyperplasia）was observed in both groups. Results：The incidence of persistent erythema, shallow ulcers and necrosis of the intervention group were lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no scar hyperplasia in both groups. Conclusion ： Applying hydrocolloid dressings with sanyrene could decrease the incidence of persistent erythema, shallow ulcers and necrosis. It was an effective method to prevent the nose injury of premature NCPAP tubes.
