摘要
目的:探讨涌泉穴位埋针对高脂血症大鼠肝脏SOD、GSH-PX和MDA的作用。方法:将30只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、涌泉组,每组10只。对照组每天给予基础饲料喂养,其余2组每天给予高脂饲料喂养。喂养2周后涌泉组给予穴位埋针7天,治疗结束后,检测肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性与丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:与模型组相比,涌泉穴位埋针可显著升高肝脏SOD、GSH-PX的活性(P<0.05),而肝脏MDA含量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:在高脂血症情况下,涌泉穴位埋针可调节肝脏SOD、GSH-PX与MDA水平,其机制可能与促进特定脏器的自由基代谢有关。
Objective: To probe effects of needle-embedding therapy of Yongquan on SOD,GSH-PX and MDA in liver of the hyperlipemia rats. Methods: Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,a control group,a model group and a Yongquan group; 10 rats in each group. The hyperlipemia rat model was prepared by feeding high fat forage. The control group was fed by basic forage each day,and other 2 groups were fed with high fat forage each day. After the rats were fed for 2 weeks,needle was given at " Yongquan" in the rats of the Yongquan group for 7 days. At the end of the treatment,the SOD and GSH-PX activities and MDA contents in liver were tsted. Results: Compared to the control group,pointing needle at Yongquan significantly increased SOD and GSH-PX activities in liver and significantly decreased MDA content in liver. Conclusion: Pointing needle at Yongquan regulates SOD and GSH-PX activity and MDA content in liver of the hyperlipemia rats. It is related with promoting metabolism of free radiations in special organs.
