摘要
结合目前严峻环保形势,针对莱钢焦化厂4.3米焦炉串漏现状,在分析目前检查、治理焦炉炉墙串漏方法及弊端的同时,自主研发了检查及治理炉墙串漏装置及治理措施,有效解决焦炉炉墙串漏点难以检测及治理,治理不当易堵砖煤气道影响焦炉加热等问题,同时该新治理措施可在看火孔内部形成二次保护膜,延长挂料时间,在焦炉加热净煤气H_2S含量相对较低并且稳定的情况下,可彻底解决炉墙串漏,杜绝因焦炉炉墙串漏造成烟囱SO_2、氮氧化物超标,保证焦炉烟囱达标排放,起到了节能环保,延长焦炉使用寿命、维持焦炉稳定生产的效果。
The current wall string leak situation of coking plant 4. 3 m coke oven in Laigang Corporation was described. Examination and treatment furnace wall string-drain device and control measures are developed through the analysis of current inspection,leak control coke oven wall string methods and disadvantages. To effectively solve the coke oven wall on difficult to detect and governance,the combustion chamber of coke oven are easily blocked and influence the coke oven heating,The new governance measures can form two protective film inside the combustion chamber of coke oven,and extended hang time. In the case of coke oven gas H_2S content of qualified,the device could solve coke oven wall leak,ensure the chimney oven SO_2 emissions compliance,which is characterized with saving energy and prolong the service life of coke oven.
