摘要
Gleeble3800型热模拟试验机是一套具有模拟金属材料的热加工、物理性能测试及过程模拟的热/力模拟分析系统。本文介绍了安钢引进的Gleeble 3800热/力模拟试验机选配的2个测试单元的结构及功能,通过选配合适的测试单元,可进行不同的热模拟试验。同时结合安钢生产实际,介绍了热/力模拟试验机在新产品研发和工艺改进中的应用。
Gleeble 3800 thermal simulation testing machine is a thermal processing with analog metallic materials,physical properties testing and simulation of thermal/mechanical simulation analysis system. The structure and function of two optional testing units for Gleeble 3800 of Angang thermal simulated test machine are introduced. A series of thermal simulated test can be carried out by selecting the proper testing units. And also combined with the actual production of Anyang Steel,the application of thermal simulated test machine in new products development and the manufacturing processes optimization is discussed in detail.
