我国分布式天然气发电定价机制改革构想研究

The Reform of Pricing Mechanism for distributed Natural Gas Power Generation in China

近年来,随着我国分布式天然气发电产业的快速发展,分布式天然气发电定价机制也需作相应的完善。在此背景下,本文梳理了我国现行分布式天然气发电定价机制所存在的问题,借鉴国外比较成功的分布式天然气发电定价机制,并对我国分布式天然气发电定价机制改革趋势进行分析。基于此,提出进一步完善我国分布式天然气发电定价机制的对策建议。

Recently, as a cleaner transition energy, China＇s natural gas power generation industry has entered a period of rapid and continuous expansion. Accordingly, the pricing mechanism of distributed natural gas power generation in China should be constantly improved. In view of this, the current pricing mechnism situations of China＇s distributed natural gas power generation were analyzed systematically. Then, the reform trend of the pricing mechanism of distributed natural gas power generation in China was investigated based on the developed countries＇ experiences. And finally, in order to further improve the pricing mechanism of distributed natural gas power generation in China, some important policy implications were put forward.
