摘要
目的分析中山市某制鞋企业职业病危害程度和其工程防护效果,确定关键控制点和控制措施。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、危害因素定量检测、职业健康检查等。结果该生产企业存在的危害因素有其他粉尘、化学毒物、高温、噪声和高频辐射。粉尘未超标,化学毒物超标率为0.5%,噪声超标率为13.2%,高频辐射超标率为54.5%。结论该生产企业化学毒物、噪声、高频辐射危害未达到职业病防治法律法规和相关标准的要求,需要有针对性地采取进一步控制措施。
[Objective]To analyze the degree of occupational hazards in a shoemaking enterprise in Zhongshan City,evaluate the engineering protection effect,and determine the critical control points and control measures.[Methods]The field occupational health survey,quantitative detection of hazardous factors and occupational health examination were adopted. [Results] The occupational hazards in the enterprise were other dust,chemical poison,high temperature,noise and high frequency radiation. The dust concentration dust met the occupational limit. The exceeding standard rate of chemical poison,noise and high frequency radiation was 0.5%,13.2% and 54.5%,respectively. [Conclusion]The concentrations/intensities of chemical poison,noise and high frequency radiation does not meet the requirements of occupational disease prevention laws and relevant standards. The targeted control measures should be further carried out.
