摘要
目的分析重庆市綦江区2015年布鲁氏菌病(布病)疫情形势,为控制疫情提供科学依据。方法收集2015年重庆市綦江区布病畜间和人间疫情资料。人群和动物血样均采用试管凝集试验进行检测。结果重庆市綦江区2015年共抽检山羊16 527只,阳性726只,阳性率为4.39%;共监测重点人群410例,发现血清学阳性者36例,感染率8.78%,患病率2.20%;不同职业间感染率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=80.678,P〈0.01);山羊布病阳性率与人布病感染率间有线性相关关系(r=0.797,P〈0.01)。结论山羊是该区布病疫情的主传染源。多部门联动,查清畜间和人间疫情;处置病畜,严格疫点消毒和管理,强化疫情报告和管理,及时规范治疗患者,是该区有效控制布病疫情的重措施。
[Objective]To analyze the epidemic situation of brucellosis in Qijiang district of Chongqing in 2015,provide basis for epidemic situation control.[Methods] The epidemic data of animal and human brucellosis in Qijiang district of Chongqing in2015 was collected. The blood samples of human and animals were detected by tube agglutination test. [Results]A total of 16 527 goats were detected in Qijiang district of Chongqing in 2015,726 goats were positive,and the positive rate was 4.39%. 410 cases of focus groups were monitored,36 cases were seropositive,and the infection rate was 8.78%,the prevalence rate was 2.20%.The difference of infection rate in different occupations was statistically significant(χ~2=80.678,P0.01). Brucellosis positive rate of goats had a linear correlation relationship with brucellosis infection rate of people(r=0.797,P0.01).[Conclusion]Goat is the main source of infection of brucellosis epidemic situation in this district. Multisectoral taking joint action,finding out the epidemic situation of animals and human,disposing sick animals,stringing epidemic region disinfection and management measures,timely and standard treatment patients were the important measures to effectively control the brucellosis epidemic situation of this district.
