降钙素原与C反应蛋白检测在新生儿感染性肺炎中的临床价值分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨降钙素原(PTC)与C反应蛋白(CRP)检测在新生儿感染性肺炎中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2014年1月-2016年1月收治的155例新生儿感染性肺炎患儿作为研究对象,其中细菌性肺炎49例,病毒性肺炎45例,支原体/衣原体肺炎61例,同时选取50例同期非感染性疾病新生儿作为对照组。对所有新生儿进行血清PTC、CRP检测,比较各组血清PTC、CRP水平以及血清PTC、CRP单独检测与联合检测对于新生儿感染性肺炎的诊断价值。结果细菌性肺炎组患儿的血清PCT、CRP水平均显著高于病毒性肺炎、支原体/衣原体肺炎以及对照组(P〈0.01);PCT+CRP组的灵敏度、准确度均明显高于PCT组(P〈0.05)。结论血清PCT、CRP水平检测在新生儿感染性肺炎的诊断及鉴别诊断上具有较高的应用价值,二者联合检测有助于提高检测的准确性,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical applying value of procalcitonin(PTC) and C reactive protein(CRP) in the detection of neonatal infectious pneumonia. Methods 155 cases of neonatal infectious pneumonia children treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research object, among whom, 49 cases were of bacterial pneumonia, 45 cases of viral pneumonia, 61 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. At the same time, 50 newborns with non-infectious diseases were selected as the control group. The serum levels of PTC and CRP were detected in all neonates, the serum levels of PTC and CRP in each group, and diagnostic value of serum PTC, CRP and combined detection in neonatal infectious pneumonia were compared. Results Bacterial pneumonia in children with serum PCT, CRP levels were significantly higher than viral pneumonia, Mycoplasma/Chlamydia pneumoniae and the control group(P 〈 0.01); the sensitivity and accuracy of PCT+CRP group were significantly higher than the PCT group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Detection of serum PCT and CRP levels has high application value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of neonatal infectious pneumonia, the joint detection helps to improve the accuracy of detection, which is worthy of clinical application and spread.
