持续腰大池引流治疗神经外科疾病的效果观察

Effect of continuous lumbar drainage pool in treatment of neurosurgical diseases

目的观察持续腰大池引流在神经外科疾病中的应用效果，并作出具体的研究和分析，探讨其临床价值。方法选择我院2010年8月～2014年8月收治的神经外科行持续腰大池引流的患者共80例，并选择同例数的未行持续腰大池引流的患者作为对照组，对所选例数的临床资料做回顾性分析。结果本次试验观察组总有效率为92．5％（74／80），对照组总有效率为86．25％（69／80），两组患者临床效果对比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在临床上治疗神经外科疾病中，采用持续腰大池引流，能够获得不错的应用效果，具有一定的临床价值，值得推崇和应用。

Objective To observe continuous lumbar drainage of large pool in treatment of neurosurgical disease, to make a specific research and analysis, and to explore its clinical value. Methods A total of 80 patients with continuous lumbar drainage of large pool cured in neurosurgery of our hospital from August 2010 to August 2014 were selected as the observation group, and the same number of patients without continuous lumbar cistern drainage were selected as control group. The clinical data of all the patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results This trial total effective rate of observation group was 92.5% （74/80）, the control group was 86.25%（69/80）,there were significant differences between the two groups, with statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of neurosurgical disease, big pool using continuous lumbar drainage can obtain good application effect. It has certain clinical value. It is worth promoting and application.
