秘宝康水煎剂治疗血虚肠燥型便秘的实验研究

Experimental Research on Mibaokang Decoction in Treating Blood Deficiency and Intestinal Dryness Type of Constipation

为观察秘宝康水煎剂对血虚肠燥型便秘小鼠模型的治疗作用，本研究采用吗啡皮下注射诱导法建立血虚肠燥型便秘小鼠模型。造模成功后，取造模小鼠50只分为5组，其中3组分别予高（50g／kg）、中（25g／kg）、低（12．5g／kg）剂量的秘宝康水煎剂灌胃治疗，剩余2组中一组予芪蓉润肠口服液灌胃治疗，一组予生理盐水灌胃。对比各组小鼠首次排便时间、排便粒数、碳末推进率及肠道含水量。结果显示，秘宝康水煎剂可使血虚肠燥型便秘小鼠首次排便时间提前、4h排便总粒数增加、肠道碳末推进率和肠道含水量显著增加，其中又以高、中剂量组效果更好，呈现一定的量效关系。秘宝康水煎剂高、中剂量组治疗效果明显优于芪蓉润肠口服液组和秘宝康水煎剂低剂量组，P〈0．05。结果表明，秘宝康水煎剂对于血虚肠燥型便秘小鼠模型具有良好的治疗作用，且高、中剂量效果更好。

This study was to observe the therapeutic effect of Mibaokang decoction on mouse model with blood deficiency and intestinal dryness type of constipation;adopted the method of morphine subcutaneous injection induction to establish mouse model with blood deficiency and intestinal dryness type of constipa- tion.The 50 mouse models were divided into 5 groups after establishing models successfully;3 groups were given high （50 g/kg）,medium （25 g/kg） and low dose （12.5 g/kg） of Mibaokang decoction administration by gavage for treatment respectively;the other two groups were treated with Qirong Runchang oral liquid and with normal saline for administration by gavage respectively.The initial defecation time, the number of defecation grain, the rate of carbon powder propulsion and intestinal water content of the five groups were compared.As results,Mibaokang decoction can make the initial defecation time of mouse with blood defi- ciency and intestinal dryness type of constipation ahead of schedule, the total number of defecation grain in- creased within 4 h, the rate of intestinal carbon propulsion and intestinal water content increased signifi- cantly.Except that the groups with high and medium dose has better effect,showing the certain dose-effect relationship.The groups with Mibaokang decoction of high, medium dose were significantly better than the groups with Qirong Runchang oral liquid and low-dose Mibaokang decoction （ P 〈0.05）.The results show that Mibaokang decoction has good therapeutic effect on mouse with blood deficiency and intestinal dryness type of constipation,and the effect of high and medium dose is better.
