五联术式治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Penta-procedure in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为探讨五联术式治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，选择100例环状混合痔患者进行研究，其中48例患者接受外痔剥离、内痔分段齿形结扎术治疗（对照组），52例患者接受五联术治疗（治疗组），对比2组患者治疗效果、术后并发症、创口愈合时间、复发情况等指标。结果显示，2组总有效率均为100％，差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05。治疗组术后第1天和第5天肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门出血评分均明显低于对照组，P〈0．05；创面愈合时间明显短于对照组，P〈0．05；术后复发率明显低于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，五联术式治疗环状混合痔疗效确切，术后并发症少，复发率低，值得临床推广应用。

This study was to explore the clinical effect of penta-procedure in the treatment of circumferen- tial mixed hemorrhoids, selected 100 cases of this hemorrhoids and gave different procedures to control group （ n =48） and treatment group（ n =52） ,respectively,i.e the former received the procedure of dissec- ting external hemorrhoids and segmentally dentate ligating internal hemorrhoids, meanwhile the latter re- ceived above penta-procedure;then, compared the effects of two groups, and their postoperative complica- tion, wound healing time as well recurrence status, etc.As results,in total effective rate there was no statis- tical difference（100% vs 100%, P〉0.05）;on the 1st and 5th day the scores on pain,edema and bleeding of anus in the latter were all significantly lower than that in the former（ P 〈0.05）;the wound-surface healing time of the latter was significantly shorter than that of the former（ P 〈0.05） ;the postoperative re- currence rate of the latter was significantly lower than that of the former （ P〈0.05）.Results show that a- bove penta-procedure for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids has certain effect,less postoperative complica- tion and lower recurrence rate,thus worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
