保留齿状线分段切扎并肛门成形术治疗混合痔的疗效观察

Retained-dental Line Segmental Resection ＆ Ligation Associated with Anoplasty in the Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids. Effect Observation

为探讨保留齿状线的混合痔分段切扎术联合肛门成形术治疗混合痔的临床疗效，将46例混合痔患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，各23例，治疗组采用保留齿状线的混合痔分段切扎术加肛门成形术治疗，对照组采用传统的混合痔切扎术治疗，对比2组创面愈合时间及术后肛门疼痛、出血、脱垂、皮桥水肿发生率。结果显示，治疗组创面愈合时间及术后肛门疼痛、出血、脱垂、皮桥水肿方面均明显优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，保留齿状线的混合痔分段切扎术联合肛门成形术治疗混合痔疗效确切，并发症少，创面愈合快，值得临床推广应用。

This study was to explore the clinical effect of retained-dental line segmental resection ;liga- tion associated with anoplasty in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,randomly divided 46 patients into treatment group and control group,23 cases for each; performed above combination surgery on the former＇s patients,while on the latter＇s patients performed routine resection ＆ ligation procedure for mixed hemor- rhoids;then compared wound-surface healing time, and the incidence of postoperative pain, bleeding, pro- lapse as well skin bridge edema of anus.As results,in all above-mentioned observation indexes the former was significantly superior to the latter（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that above-mentioned combination surgery for mixed hemorrhoids has such merits as certain effect,less complication, faster healing of wound-surface, etc,thus worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
