摘要
某500 M3挖泥船主机在运行中先后出现过增压压力下降,功率降低,油耗及排烟温度升高,增压器轴承损坏等现象。本文通过试验事实,论证了增压器压气端污染问题是造成某500M3绞吸式挖泥船主机性能恶化,增压器轴承损坏的根本原因。同时对压气端污染产生的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决办法,其中尤以采用室外吸气的方法取得的效果尤为显著。

At the same time, gas pressure-side pollution causes were analyzed, and the corresponding solutions, pgrtieularly in the use of outdoor suction effect of the method is particularly significant
