基于移动通信基站大数据检测浙江省高速公路\交通状态的质量评估分析研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对高速道路节点长时间、大面积拥堵现象,论述了浙江省交通厅利用联通通讯网络(手机)的交通信息采集系统进行车辆通行状况数据采集,并通过视频测试和浮动车测试两种方法对高速公路交通状态数据质量进行评测,评测过程中采集相应道路交通状态较为可靠的基准数据,通过与系统输出的交通状态结果进行对比误差分析,验证并评价系统发布结果的准确性。评测结果表明联通通讯网络(手机)的交通信息采集系统的对于高速公路的交通状态检测达到较好的精度水平,具备后期全面建成覆盖浙江省所有高速路网的基于手机数据的道路交通信息采集系统的技术基础,拓展浙江省交通信息化覆盖范围,不断满足政府对于宏观交通规划、决策、控制、管理的需求和公众用户对于实际出行的交通应用需求。 Aimed at the phenomenon of the serious congestions on expressway node, this article discusses how Zhejiang Provincial Communication Department use the China Unicorn communications network (mobile phone) traffic information collection system, use to gather the Vehicle traffic situation data, as well as a two-day human observation and measurement methods, video test and floating car test, to evaluate the expressway traffic condition. During the evaluation process, some reliable traffic condition data of corresponding road firstly been collected as the baseline data. The error analysis is given by comparing the baseline data with the output traffic status resuits from the system. The verification and evaluation the accuracy of the published results of the system are given in the same time. Evaluation results show that it achieves a high level of accuracy in the detection of traffic state of highway by the China Unicorn communications network (mobile phone) traffic information collection system. The technology is qualified to cover all Zhejiang Province and build a comprehensive traffic information collection system of the whole expressway network later. It will widely expand the scope of information coverage in Zhejiang Province, and constantly meet the government's demand for macro transportation planning, decision-making, control, management and public users for the actual traffic demand.
