唐山市河湖普查若干问题浅析

河流湖泊基本情况普查是国务院第一次全国水利普查的主要任务,是其他水利专项普查的基础。通过普查发现唐山地区一些河流的河源位置、干支关系与约定俗成的情况不一致,随即唐山市普查组依据"原则"酌情做了相应的处理。
