城市生态水文学在可持续发展中的应用

摘要 城市化进程中显露出诸多城市诟病,城市的可持续发展开始逐渐被人们关注,出现了"田园城市"、"智能城市"等概念。在我国,生态水文学作为一门新兴交叉学科,在基础理论、生态水文过程机理、区域生态环境和资源管理分配等方面均取得了一些研究成果。然而在研究对象和尺度方面多以典型地区和流域为主,人类集中活动所在地——城市,十分缺乏这方面的研究。以生态水文学理论为基础,构建城市生态水文学的理论体系,并将其应用到城市规划建设中,能够为城市的可持续发展提供科学依据,充分反映了以人为本的核心发展观。城市生态水文学的提出也是适应城市向智能化发展的重要举措,更好地诠释了科学的人文精神。 Various shortcomings have come out in the urbanization processing, which takes city sustainable development into consideration. Thus, some new ideas were advanced, such as "garden city", "smart city" and so forth. As a new born cross subject in China, ecohydrology researches mainly aim at basic academics, eco-hydrological processing mechanism, areal eco-environment and resources sustainable utilization management. However, typical origins and watershed are predominant research objects and scales, while cities, the most concentration places of people, are not included. Consequently, establish city eco-hydrology theory system in order to support the city sustainable development by its scientific, which also reflects the people-based core developing opinion. On top of that, city eco-hydrology may play an important role in building intelligent cities as well as illustrating the humanity spirit of science.
