血清Lp-PLA2、NSE水平与急性脑梗死患者神经损伤程度、脂质代谢改变的相关性研究 被引量:8

Correlation study of serum Lp-PLA2 and NSE levels with nerve injury degree and lipid metabolism change in patients with acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的:研究血清Lp-PLA2、NSE水平与急性脑梗死患者神经损伤程度、脂质代谢改变的相关性。方法:选择2014年3月~2016年10月期间在南方医科大学附属小榄医院诊断为急性脑梗死的患者作为研究的脑梗死组、同期体检的健康者作为对照组。采集血清并测定Lp-PLA2、NSE水平以及神经损伤分子、脂质代谢分子的含量。结果:脑梗死组患者血清中Lp-PLA2、NSE、NO、MDA、LPO、8-OHdG、ox-LDL、LDL-C、ApoB的水平均显著高于对照组,HDL-C、ApoA1的含量显著低于对照组;NSE>Q3患者血清中NO、MDA、LPO、8-OHdG的含量显著高于<Q1、Q1-Q2、Q2-Q3患者,Q2-Q3患者血清中NO、MDA、LPO、8-OHdG的含量显著高于<Q1、Q1-Q2,Q1-Q2患者血清中NO、MDA、LPO、8-OHdG的含量显著高于<Q1;Lp-PLA2>Q3患者血清中ox-LDL、LDL-C、ApoB的含量显著高于<Q1、Q1-Q2、Q2-Q3患者,HDL-C、ApoA1的含量显著低于<Q1、Q1-Q2、Q2-Q3患者;Q2-Q3患者血清中oxLDL、LDL-C、ApoB的含量显著高于<Q1、Q1-Q2患者,HDL-C、ApoA1的含量显著低于<Q1、Q1-Q2患者;Q1-Q2患者血清中ox-LDL、LDL-C、ApoB的含量显著高于<Q1患者,HDL-C、ApoA1的含量显著低于<Q1患者。结论:急性脑梗死患者血清Lp-PLA2、NSE水平显著升高,Lp-PLA2的升高与脂质代谢异常有关、NSE的升高与神经氧化损伤有关。 Objective:To study the correlation of serum Lp-PLA2 and NSE levels with nerve injury degree and lipid metabolism change in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Patients diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital between March 2014 and October 2016 were selected as the cerebral infarction group of the study,and healthy subjects receiving physical examination during the same period were selected as control group.Serum was collected to determine the levels of Lp-PLA2 and NSE as well as the content of nerve injury molecules and lipid metabolism molecules.Results:Serum Lp-PLA2,NSE,NO,MDA,LPO,8-OHdG,ox-LDL,LDL-C and ApoB levels of cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those of control group while HDL-C and ApoA1 content were significantly lower than those of control group;serum NO,MDA,LPO and 8-OHdG content of patients with NSE〉Q3 were significantly higher than those of patients with Q1,Q1-Q2 and Q2-Q3,serum NO,MDA,LPO and 8-OHdG content of patients with Q2-Q3 were significantly higher than those of patients with〈Q1and Q1-Q2,and serum NO,MDA,LPO and 8-OHdG content of patients with Q1-Q2 were significantly higher than those of patients with〈Q1;serum ox-LDL,LDL-C and ApoB content of patients with Lp-PLA2〉Q3were significantly higher than those of patients with Q1,Q1-Q2 and Q2-Q3 while HDL-C and ApoA1 content were significantly lower than those of patients with〈Q1,Q1-Q2 and Q2-Q3;serum ox-LDL,LDL-C and ApoB content of patients with Q2-Q3 were significantly higher than those of patients with〈Q1 and Q1-Q2 while HDL-C and ApoA1 content were significantly lower than those of patients with〈Q1 and Q1-Q2;serum ox-LDL,LDL-C and ApoB content of patients with Q1-Q2 were significantly higher than those of patients with〈Q1 while HDL-C and ApoA1 content were significantly lower than those of patients with Q1.Conclusions:Serum Lp-PLA2 and NSE levels increase significantly in patients with acute cerebral infarction,the increase of Lp-PLA2 is associated with abnormal lipid metabolism,and the increase of NSE is associated with neural oxidative damage.
