Design and Application of PDA in Library Literature Resource Construction in the “Internet+” Environment——Taking “Happy Reading” Service Project in Hangzhou Library as Example

以杭州图书馆"悦读"服务计划为例,探讨了"互联网+"环境下PDA自主驱动采购模式作为图书馆资源建设补充方式,如何以读者为中心进行运作,并通过分析PDA的内外部环境,提出PDA对未来高校图书馆文献资源建设的启示。

Taking the ＂Happy Reading＂ service project in Hangzhou Library as an example, this paper discussed how the PDA operated with readers oriented as the supplement way of library resource construction in the ＂Intemet＋＂environ- ment, and put forward the enlightenment of PDA on future literature resource construction by analyzing its internal and external environment.
