This paper discussed university library＇ s reading promotion service from the perspective of stakeholder theory. It introduced the stakeholder theory and university library＇ s reading promotion service, and expounded the advantages of applying stakeholder theory in university library＇ s reading promotion service, and analyzed service elements, and finally put forward the strategies to promote the the develop- ment of university library＇ s reading promotion service.
