摘要
近年来,随着建筑设计行业的发展,建筑物越来越高,风和地震荷载作用对建筑物的影响也越来越不可忽视。同时,行业规范的不断完善和建筑成本投入水平的提高,给基础设计考虑风和地震影响提供了条件。根据现行规范,按地基承载力确定基础底面积及埋深或按单桩承载力确定桩数时,传至基础或承台底面上的作用效应需按正常使用极限状态下作用的标准组合;应按规范的相关规定,具体考虑水平作用(包括风和地震)。
