摘要
通过对目前石化工程中工字型钢梁两种常用连接节点的分析,指出常用节点存在的连接件防腐难、焊接难度大、焊缝质量不易保证等技术问题;通过多方案对比和计算分析,开发出1种新型工字型梁连接节点,从而解决了节点板的防腐问题,优化了节点结构,提高了节点承载力,减少了节点板用量、焊缝数量,降低了现场施工的难度。
Based on the present petrochemical engineering zhonggong type steel beam two common link node analysis,illustrates the common node is the fittings of anti-corrosion,welding is difficult,not easy to ensure weld quality and other technical problems;calculation scheme comparison and analysis,developed a new type of h beam connections,can solve the problem of node plate corrosion,optimize the structure of the node,improve the bearing capacity,reduced the number of node plate consumption,weld,reduce the difficulty of site construction.
