Blanking Workshop Process Design of Medium and Large Excavators

在大批量中大型挖掘机下料生产全过程中,物流设计是影响车间工艺布局的重要因素。论文针对某中大型挖掘机工厂设计项目的下料车间,根据生产任务及生产纲领、下料工艺设计原则,通过对比不同的物流方式,确定了合理先进的车间工艺布局。

In the whole blanking process of mass producing of medium and large excavators,the logistics is an important factor affecting workshop process layout.In this paper,according to production task and program,the design principles of blanking process,as well as by comparing different logistics,reasonable and advanced workshop process layout was designed for the blanking workshop of a medium and large excavator plant.
