Research on Development Strategy of CNQC Group under the New Normal

建筑业是我国经济发展的的支柱产业之一,其良好发展对我国经济的健康发展十分重要,由于当前我国经济发展环境正在发生着转变,步入"新常态",这不仅为建筑业带来了发展机遇,也对其提出新的挑战。因此,研究新常态下建筑业的发展是必要的。论文以青建集团股份发展公司为例,利用SWOT分析方法,分析了其在新常态下所具有的优势、劣势以及为其带来的机遇和挑战,并对青建集团股份公司的健康发展提出战略性建议。

Construction industry is one of the pillar industry of China＇s economic development,its good development is very important for the healthy development of our country＇s economy,due to the economic development of our country environment is undergoing transformation,into a ＂new normal＂,which not only brought opportunities for construction,also the new challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to study the development of construction under the new normal.CNQC as an example,the article uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze its advantages and disadvantages under the new normal,as well as opportunities and challenges,finally put forward strategic advice to the development of CNQC.
