In the rapid development of China＇s economy,road network traffic is also increasingly perfect,greatly facilitate the people＇s travel.In the process of highway construction,in addition to ensure the quality of road network facilities,but also to do a good job of highway service area planning,and constantly improve the highway supporting services.In this paper,the construction and planning of the highway is analyzed,then the investment cost control strategy is discussed.
