摘要
利用不同化学药剂处理种子对提高糜子、谷子的出苗率、产量具有显著效果。采用赤霉素、高锰酸钾、双氧水对糜子、谷子种子浸种3,6,12h后进行萌发试验,探讨化学药剂处理对糜子、谷子种子发芽率、发芽势的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的赤霉素、高锰酸钾、双氧水溶液浸种对糜子、谷子种子的发芽率、发芽势均有一定的影响。综合效果来看,2.0%双氧水浸种6h处理糜子种子效果最佳;1.0%双氧水浸种3h处理谷子种子效果最佳。赤霉素处理效果次之。
Using different chemical agents to soak seeds of corn millet has remarkable result for emer- gence rate and yield.We used GA,PTC and HzOz to soak the seeds for 3 h,6 h and 12 h,to discuss the effect of chemical agents for the germination percentage and the germinability. The results showed that, different agent concentration of three chemical agents can increase the germination percentage and the germinability of the seeds. 2.0% H2O2 soaked corn millet seeds had the best effect, 1.0 H2O2 soaked millet seeds had the best effect.The effect of the GA was the second.
