摘要
船舶防污漆在船舶航行过程中向外缓慢的释放毒素,对海洋环境以及海洋生物造成了严重的危害。废弃船舶在拆解过程中得不到有效处理同样会造成二次污染。该研究选取了十艘待拆解船舶的防污漆并对其污染物进行了分析检测,包括多环芳烃、重金属、挥发性有机污染物以及DDT。通过分析不同污染物的浓度以及毒性建立了防污漆有害物质清单,并建立起一套无尘打磨+高效吸附+无害化焚烧的防污漆处理系统。针对一艘10 000 t以上待拆解船舶进行示范作业并计算环境收益,该研究对防污漆的无害化处理提供了一个示范性的案例。
Ship antifouling paint slowly releases pollutants to the ocean when a ship is sailing,which seriously harms the marine environment and marine organisms. Abandoned ships lead to secondary pollution if they are not treated appropriately during ship dismantling. Pollutants,including polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,heavy metals,volatile organic compounds,and DDT,in antifouling paint samples from 10 abandoned ships were analyzed in this research. By analyzing the different pollutant concentrations and toxicities,we created a list of toxic and hazardous substances in antifouling paints of abandoned ships,and based on this list,we built an antifouling paint treatment system of dust-free polishing + high efficiency adsorption + harmless incineration. We conducted a demonstration project on one abandoned ship( no less than 10 000 light displacement tons) and calculated the environmental benefits of this system. This research created a model for harmless antifouling paint treatment.
