摘要
我国进行月球探测的核心目标之一就是采集样品返回地球,并保证样品不受污染,密封技术就成为月球探测的关键技术之一。本文对调研到的国外地外星体采样封装技术进行分析比较,提出了一种采用样月球样品充氮保护密封技术,并通过理论计算分析了充氮保护密封技术的可行性,设计充氮保护密封试验,试验结果表明:充氮保护密封技术能够有效地保护月球样品,防止地球大气污染月球样品。
We addressed the issue of robotic gathering and sealing of the lunar samples in the lab-designed container filled with pure nitrogen by ground simulation for the purpose of shipping the lunar samples back to Earth without atmospheric contamination. The timing of the N2-filling,leakage rate and time-evolution of the N2 pressure in the long journey,through the atmosphere back to earth,were mathematically modeled,theoretically analyzed and experimentally simulated and tested for design optimization of the sealing and protection schemes,newly-developed on the basis of the results reported in literature. The preliminary results show that the N2 protection in well-sealed lunar sample container is capable of effectively protecting extra-terrestrial samples from any possible atmospheric contamination of the earth.
