灾害救援前后护理人员情感体验的质性研究

Qualitative research on emotional experience before and after disaster rescue in nurses

目的为深入了解护理人员参加灾害救援前后的情感体验，为奋斗在一线的护理救援人员进行心理干预提供依据。方法本研究采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法，对20名参加过灾害救援的护理人员进行深入访谈，并采用类属分析法进行资料收集和分析。结果灾害救援护理人员的情感体验可归纳为4个主题，分别是“救援前准备充足，信心满满”、“救援中出现不同程度的担心和焦虑”、“救援后短时间影响正常工作和生活，注意力不集中”、“家人和朋友全力支持，但偶有担忧”。结论灾害救援前后科学的心理干预可以帮助护理人员在参加救援后迅速适应正常工作和生活，有效维护其近期乃至远期良好的心理状态。

Objective To be familiar with the emotional experience before and after disaster rescue in nurses, we began our study. Methods The method of phenomenology was used into.20 nurses participated in disaster rescue by interview in great detail. Data were collected and analyzed with method of content analysis. Results Four themes were summarized including adequately prepared and confident before rescue, anxiety and concern in rescue, scatterbrained in normal life and work after rescue, anxiety with the whole family member support. Conclusions Much more attention should be paid to rescue nurses＇ emotional experience to make them maintain mental healthy,and adapt to normal life and work.
