Influence of long voyage on crew' s heart rate and heart rate variability

摘要 目的探讨长航对舰员的心率及心率变异性的影响。方法对参加“和谐使命-2015”任务的50名舰员在长航的第1个月和第5个月分别行12导联24h动态心电图监测,对比第1个月和第5个月的心率及心率变异性有无统计学差异。结果舰员长航第5个月的24h平均心率[(73.95±4.37)bpm]较第1个月[(68.80±4.83)bpm]增快,第5个月的心率变异性的时域指标SDNN、SDANN、rMSSD、PNN50和频域指标HF、LF[(139.70±26.78)ms、(128.35±26.31)ms、(31.70±9.92)ms、(10.79±6.57)%、(356.8±186.14)ms2、(567.60±192.56)ms2]均低于第1个月[(163.80±26.77)ms、(148.2±27.24)ms、(39.05±11.10)ms、(15.88±8.40)%、(511.45±235.04)ms2、(714.65±255.88)ms2],差异有统计学意义。结论长航能够影响舰员的自主神经功能,使舰员的平均心率增快,心率变异性减低。 Objective To investigate the influence of long voyage on the crew's heartrate and heart rate variability. Methods 50 crew members who participated in the "Harmony Mission-2015" long voyage were randomly selected to undergo 12-lead 24-h ambulatory electrocardiographic recording during the first month and the fifth month of long voyage. Off-line analysis was conducted to calculate the average heart rate and analyzed the time domain indexes of heart rate variability (SDNN, SDANN, rMSSD, and PNN50), and frequency domain indexes (HF and LF). Results The crew's average 24-hour heart rate during the fifth month was (73.95±4.37) bpm, significantly faster than that during the first month [(68.80 ± 4.83) bpm, P 〈0.05]. And the heart rate variability time domain indexes SDNN, SDANN, rMSSD, and PNN50 during the fifth month were (139.70±26.78)ms, (128.35±26.31) ms,(31.70±9.92) ms, and (10.79± 6.57)% respectively, and the frequency domain index HF, and LF were (356.8±186.14) ms2 and (567.60±192.56) ms2 respectively, all significantly lower than those during the first month [(163.80±26.77) ms, (148.2±27.24) ms, (39.05± 11,10) ms, (15.88 ± 8.40)%, (511.45 ± 235.04) ms2, and (714.65 ± 255.88) ms2 respectively, all P 〈0.05].Conchrsion Affecting the crew's function of autonomic nervous system, long voyage increases their average heart rate and decreases their heart rate variability.
