手足口病患儿血清模式识别受体胶原凝集素、Dectin、CD14检测对病情评估的价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究手足口病患儿血清模式识别受体胶原凝集素(Collectin)、Dectin、CD14检测对病情评估的价值。方法:选择在我院确诊为手足口病的76例患儿作为研究的HFMD组、同期在我院体检的80例健康儿童作为研究的对照组,采集血清中并检测模式识别受体、免疫球蛋白、补体、炎症介质、靶器官损伤指标的含量。结果:HFMD组血清中Collectin、Dectin、CD14的含量均显著高于对照组;HFMD组血清中IgG、IgM、IgA、C3、C4的含量均显著低于对照组且与Collectin、Dectin、CD14含量呈负相关;HFMD组血清中PCT、CRP、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、NT-proBNP、NSE、S100β、SP-A的含量均显著高于对照组且与Collectin、Dectin、CD14含量呈正相关。结论:手足口病患儿血清模式识别受体Collectin、Dectin、CD14高表达与病情发展过程中免疫反应、炎症反应、靶器官功能损伤密切相关。 Objective:To study the value of serum pattern recognition receptors Collectin,Dectin and CD14 detection for disease evaluation in children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods:A total of 76 children diagnosed with hand,foot and mouth disease in our hospital between May 2013 and March 201 6 were selected as the HFMD group,80 healthy children receiving physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group,and the serum was collected to determine the levels of pattern recognition receptors,immunoglobulins,complements,inflammatory media and target organ damage indexes.Results:Serum Collectin,Dectin and CD14 levels of HFMD group were significantly higher than those of control group;serum IgG,IgM,IgA,C3 and C4 levels of HFMD group were significantly lower than those of control group and were negatively correlated with Collectin,Dectin and CD14 levels;serum PCT,CRP,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α,NT-proBNP,NSE,S100βand SP-A levels of HFMD group were significantly higher than those of control group and positively cor-related with Collectin,Dectin and CD14 levels.Conclusion:High expression of serum pattern recognition receptors Collectin, Dectin and CD14 in children with hand,foot and mouth disease is closely related to the immune response,inflammatory re-sponse and target organ function damage during the disease progression.
